On June 24-25, 2022, striving for "good", "fast" and "accurate" operation of various projects, Kinte conducted a two-day systematic training for management personnel of the production department. The two-day systematic training enabled everyone to have a full understanding of the modern project management system, sublimated the project management concept of all participants, and escorted the high-quality operation of "good, fast, accurate" projects undertaken by the company in the new year.

In October 2021, the resurgence of Covid-19 did not stop the pace of Kinte electric workers . Kinte electric installation team, led by the relevant management team, went to BYD’s factory in Xi'an to debug the battery formation and grading equipment.
